Shipping Policy

General Shipping Information

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and your location.
  • Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within Canada. For US or international shipping, please contact our support team for more information, some conditions may apply.

Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Pickup: Estimated ready for pickup on the same business day on orders placed by 2:00PM AT.
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days at quoted rates.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days at quoted rates.

International Shipping Policy

  • Contact us for international orders, some conditions apply.

Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • Shipping to Multiple Locations: If you require items to be shipped to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Damaged Items in Transit

If you received your order and it is damaged, please contact our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
